FODMAP diet

Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides and Polyols (FODMAPs) are found many of the foods we eat. FODMAPs are sugars that are poorly absorbed in the small intestine and when they reach the large intestine they produce gas and attract water
