Food Allergies and Intolerances

Many people think they have food allergies, but may in fact have a food intolerance.

The most common food allergies/intolerances are to:

  • Wheat and other gluten-containing grains (Coeliac disease).
  • Sugar found in fruits and honey (fructose).
  • Cow's milk and dairy products (lactose).
